Together, we can do it!
Live Lighter Adults supports people in leading healthier and happier lives in a safe and positive setting.
We offer a rolling 12-week lifestyle weight management programme, specifically designed for adults. Face to face session run for 90 minutes and virtual sessions are 60 minutes. All programmes cover subjects such as:
- Portion sizes
- Emotional and comfort eating
- Movement
- Sleep
At the start of each session we provide a confidential weighing and measuring service so we can support and track your progress week by week. However if you prefer, you can also pre-book a one-to-one appointment ahead of the group session.
All our sessions are interactive allowing you time to socialise with fellow participants and discuss your successes and challenges and share useful hints and tips together.
The remainder of the session will be led by an expert practitioner who will facilitate discussions and learning around new topics each week.
